Food for a Foodie

My posts have been a little Costa Rican-centric recently so let me turn to France. We leave next week. We are looking forward to the wines, fresh markets, the cafes and restaurants of Provence. We have high expectations for great food in what is commonly accepted as a foodie’s paradise. It will have to be great to be better than the food in Costa Rica. I would try to describe the food in words but that would not do the cuisine justice. You really need to see, smell and taste the food. The closest I can come to giving you a true sensual experience is with photos. After we arrive in France, I will sample the Provençal cuisine and give you a full report. Till then, please do not drool on the screen.
